Proposed Revisions of LCTA Constitution
As discussed during the September 17, 2026 meeting of the Lorain County Township Association, the LCTA Constitution Committee of Jared Smith (Carlisle Township) Rick Conrad (Penfield Township) and Neil Lynch (Amherst Township), appointed by President Christie Homer-Miller, reviewed the Constitution and proposed several revisions. The revisions are listed in the attached "20260917 Summary of Proposed Changes to LCTA Constitution" file. A marked up copy of the Constitution currently available on the LCTA website is attached as filename "20260917 LCTA Constitution_2026 Proposed Revision - DRAFT". Finally, a Clean version of the Constitution recommended for approval by the LCTA members is attached as filename "20260917 LCTA Constitution_2026 Proposed Revision - CLEAN".
